Coriander Chinese Parsley
One of the most versatile herbs as all parts of the plant - roots, stems, leaves and seeds - can be used in cooking. Native to the Mediterranean and western Asia, coriander is an essential ngredient in Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian cuisines.
CAN BE USED IN:
SALAD – SOUPS – CURRIES – SAUCES – STIR FRIES
In a well-prepared bed or container, directly where they are to grow.
Sow seeds 5mm (¼in) deep. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist.
Sow thinly in rows 30cm (12in) apart. Cover with 5mm (¼in) of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist.
